Concrete touch-controller drivers (XPT2046, FT6236/FT6206, CST816S, GT911, and the controller-less TouchDriverBitBang) built on the Arduino SPIClass/TwoWire/pinMode/analogRead API - split out of TouchDriver.h so that including the platform-independent TouchDriver base class/calibration/coordinate-mapping code doesn't also pull in Arduino.h. Pulls in Arduino.h/SPI.h/Wire.h via TinyGPU/Emulation.h, which falls back to a small platform-native emulation of that surface when no real Arduino core (e.g. arduino-esp32) is present - see that header for what is and isn't covered.
